After you fill out our Contact form, we’ll reach out to you to set up a time to talk with us by phone or video chat to get to know you and your project. If you have not already chosen a design professional, we are happy to introduce you to our partners.
On-Site meeting
Meet with our General Contractor, Adam, at your home or building site to look at best ways to achieve your goals and assess existing conditions.
Get an estimate range
Adam will meet with you in person to provide a cost range for your project.
Pre-construction Administration
During Pre-Construction Administration, we cost the entire scope of the project, working closely with you and your design professionals as you’re choosing fixtures, finishes and finalizing overall design choices. This design phase typically runs at the same time as permitting.
Permitting
Adam is a master permit expediter in San Francisco and has 20 years of permit expediting experience in Bay Area cities.
Ground break
We roll up our sleeves and break ground!
Stay Connected
We create a personal client portal functioning as the hub of information and communication during your project. You and your representatives can upload photos, and view plans, schedules, selections, and view and approve change orders. Messages can be sent directly within the portal.
